Inspection before use
1. Check whether the mask has cracks or holes: make sure the mask fits the face well and has good sealing.
2. Check the exhalation valve: make sure there is no deformation, rupture or crack.
3. Check the headband: make sure it is elastic.
4. Check the gas canister seat seal: make sure it is intact.
5. Check whether the gas canister is within the service life: make sure it is used within the validity period.
Precautions during use
1. If you feel difficulty breathing or discomfort: you should immediately exit the poisonous area and change the mask. It is strictly forbidden to take off the mask in the poisonous area.
2. If you smell the smell of poisonous gas: you should evacuate immediately and change the mask.
3. One person for one use: the gas mask should be used by one person only and properly stored.
4. Regular inspection: Check the gas mask regularly to ensure that it is in good condition.
1. Cleaning: Use soapy water or 0.5% potassium permanganate solution to wash, avoid using organic solvent cleaning agents, dry in the shade after washing, and avoid exposure to sunlight or fire.
2. Storage: The gas filter canister should be stored in a dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouse environment, and should be strictly prevented from moisture and overheating. Please refer to the instructions for the validity period. If the shelf life exceeds the instructions, it should be replaced in time.
3. Special person custody: Disinfect in time after use and keep it in a special person.
4. Avoid disassembly: Strictly disassemble and dissect the gas mask and gas filter canister unnecessarily.
